Step 1: Physiological Needs
Before you can start focusing on replenishing your spoons and improving your life, you need to make sure you have the basics: food, water, health, clothes, and shelter. Without these, you would be stuck at this base level for a while in survival mode.

Below are suggestions on how to get some of these resources, and a brief breakdown of the importance of these factors.
Food & Water

Food and water are vital to survival. You can only survive 3 days without water, and about a week without food. But surviving is not enough to live. You need to find consistent and reliable sources for these basics.

Shelter

Shelter protects us from some of life's dangerous elements, and offers us security and safety. Having adequate shelter is an important foundation for a good life.

Health

This one is kind of a no-brainer but is still important to talk about. You need to be healthy to survive and live a fulfilling life.
Clothes

Clothes are basically a type of shelter, in a much more immediate form. They offer protection from various elements and can offer you security and safety.

Ask for help but don’t lose yourself. Don’t let pride and shame stop you, but don’t let yourself get walked all over. Be resourceful and stay sharp. Be kind to yourself whenever you can. Hang in there.
